Open Question: Has anyone bought diamonds and precious stone from Cambodia?Is it real?

Just last year, I went to cambodia and bought few diamonds and precious stone (sapphire and ruby). The diamond was tested by using a diamond tester and even with a heat probe. The result was that the diamonds are genuine. The thing is, i went to a diamond jewelery store and had it tested again. The diamond tester didn't make any beep sound- which means it is not genuine.
