Resolved Question: Why are white nations(almost all European, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, USA, Uruguay, etc) hit by feminism?

I mean, MOST non white lands like Papua New Guinea, Trinidad, Cambodia, India, Colombia, etc, only tolerate feminism so much, but feminism thrives so well in white countries or white majority countries. Why the difference? Like, if white or non white women tried the 'men always pay for women' or men never hit women' bit in Asia/Africa/Papua New Guinea/South America, etc, they'd get their butts whipped, for the men will be pushed only so far.
